*This practice is committed to creating an affirming, inclusive, and anti-oppressive space.

I welcome and support clients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, cultures, family structures, and lived experiences. While I may use terms like “mother” or “motherhood” to reflect common themes in my work, I support all parents and caregivers, including fathers, non-binary parents, trans parents, and gender-expansive people. My goal is to support anyone navigating the emotional labor of caregiving, parenting, and partnership.

My work is grounded in a feminist, anti-patriarchal, and trauma-informed approach that acknowledges how systems such as racism, ableism, white supremacy, and heteronormativity shape mental health, relationships, and access to care. I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective that honors different ways of thinking, processing, and being.

I am open to feedback and committed to ongoing reflection around power, privilege, and accountability within the therapeutic relationship. I strive to remain attentive to your intersecting identities and experiences and to repair harm if it occurs.

You are the expert in your own experience. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
