While I may use terms like “mother” or “motherhood” throughout this site to reflect common experiences in my work, I honor and work with all parents and caregivers, including fathers, non-binary parents, trans parents, and gender-expansive folks. My goal is to support anyone navigating the emotional labor of caregiving, parenting, and partnership.

I practice from a feminist, anti-patriarchal, and trauma-informed lens that acknowledges how systems of oppression—such as racism, ableism, white supremacy, and heteronormativity—impact mental health, relationships, and access to care. My work is neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in a deep respect for diverse ways of thinking, processing, and being. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their neurodivergence.

I am always open to constructive feedback and committed to navigating the power and privilege dynamics inherent within the therapeutic relationship. I strive to bring awareness to your intersecting identities and experiences and am open to repair and accountability should harm occur.
